Anyone have issues with shipping to Canada?

I was going to order a couple of reps this week but worried that Canada customs will confiscate the watches.

Can any fellow Canadians give their experience?

Shipping TO Canada? Where are you located?

In the past, I have sent watches on 2 separate occasions. (I am in Northeast USA).
The one that went to Toronto took approximately 5 days, no customs issues.
The other I had sent way out to Saskatchewan and perhaps Bigfoot scared the postman or that it is out in the middle of nowhere, but it took about 2 weeks, also no customs issues.

I'm in Northern Ont. Canada. 20 + successful so far, both from the US and China. I have also sent to the US with no trouble.

I sent one to the Toronto area about 2 weeks ago. Cleared customs pretty quick - still hasnt arrived at the buyers house.

I hear 3 weeks isnt unheard of.

I've sent a couple. Usually takes a long time to get there. Must be going by dog sled the last leg of the trip.

I just had an issue where I shipped a watch out and it arrived, with a $900 customs charge on it. I had the buyer reject it and now we are using triangle shipping.

I am just worried that the watch(es) will get caught in customs arriving from China.

I have ordered 3 watches from Stan (WBK) and had zero issues getting them shipped to Toronto.
Plus bought another one off a fellow member last week.

They all took less than a week to arrive.

Hope this helps

I've had 6 from China through Vancouver, and no problems, customs has opened most of the packages, according to the woman at the post office who recognized the tape used to reseal the packages. Some have been slow leaving customs, about 10 days for one, but all have made it through. I've got 3 more watches on order right now, being shipped via registered mail instead of EMS, read on some TD's site, that registered mail is the safest way to ship, as far a customs goes.
