It could be a problem with the wheel i had something with a gen watch I was working on, once I replaced the wheel it was perfect. My problem was I set hands at 12 but once I moved to 3 o clock it was off by almost 5 mins

Wheel is easy to replace if you have the part because its the first wheel to take off after you take off the dial. Btw is the does the problem occur when you are wearing th watch that the hour hand slows down?

I'm not sure because I always wear this watch everyday. Why you ask?

Because it could deal with a dial washer as well which there is too much room between the dial and hour wheel causing the wheel to jump out of place

I see I got your point let me check on it, if that is the cause could it be possible that my wheel is now damaged?

I wouldn't think so. Can you remove the dial and take another hi-res pic of the top of the movement?

Before you do that, see if the dial is fully seated on the dial spacer and the spacer is seated on the movement.
