what is the dealers that sell this watch???

You can get Omega Ult PO 42/45 with a 4813 movement, same case set as swiss eta version. They sell for around $150. I have one and the movement is smooth..

As for dealers most of them do a PO with this case and movement for this price

4813 really has been a great surprise to me.
I got a BP Submariner with this movement, and it really is crazy smooth, smoother than my 2824's and 2892's, that are worth 100-150$ more.

So if the watch you're dying for comes with this movement, it seems a great way to go
