Maybe if you just approve the QC pics on the spot the watch will be sent but in the case that something looks defective and you highlight it, its your fault, you'll wait forever!! I have been waiting for 14 days now post QC pics, and NOTHING HAPPENED!!!

just got my QC yesterday with a note "dont be picky with rep watches they are not perfect anyway"
that was because I refused a burned/rusty serial on the bracelet of a 440$ watch!
how can be picky with that! Anyway I do want to grow older waiting for the watch so I accepted it and will try to research how to remove laser burns of stainless steel (anybody knows how?)
I anticipate delivery within 2013 so hopefully I will be able to update you guys on that before christmas!

Toro contacted me after 9 day silence. Sent me QC pictures for a replacement to my now confirmed lost Graham Chronofighter. I am extremely pleased that he finally contacted me. I now begin a second wait for the new watch. I approved QC pics this AM sent $20.00 USD difference in price via paypal and I will let you know when it gets here. Good luck to everyone else.

Just go steady guys. One of the reasons that TD's can go quiet is because of a barrage of emails from people who're not used to buying reps. I bought 2 new watches a few days ago...I get some emails then I reply to one, I might forget for a few days or I might replay instantly if I happen to be in my email.

If you go hounding people they will likely not bend over for you and your experience will be poor. I over paid on my last 2 watches and said "meh, keep it until the next one", I get an answer when I need it and I don't email when I don't.

If you're new to buying reps (as the majority who seem to be having these problems seem to be) then check out the link in my sig.

Best of luck getting what you ordered and enjoying your reps.

Not sure anyone on this thread so far has barraged or hounded Toro with emails purely because they have "noob" questions. I see a bunch of people waiting for Toro to reply to their original email or to continue in the sales process. The only post I see where somebody has actively contacted him repeatedly is me and that's based on his non response to the broken watch he sold me. Not sure that qualifies as a "noob" issue.

Most/all of these questions are asked repeatedly and the answers are here, therefore the TD's can get a little tired of repeating them. I'm not saying any of you have hounded, I guess I'm saying firstly that perhaps they're weighed down by the hounding of others and secondly, be careful not to fall into that camp.

Expectations of TD's are normally in the relms of buying something from ebay, in actuality (agree with it or not) it's nowhere near as good sometimes.

Once again, noone is being accused, just a friendly heads-up.

That's not always the case, what upsets dealers the most is when it comes to QC and you point out something faulty about the rep (by faulty I mean an obvious/unacceptable fault in the piece compared to the average similar rep piece that's offered in all TD websites)

of course no one should expect a perfect gen like piece when they are buying chinese reps, but on the other hand, rule no.1 in any online business is that when you offer an item online it should be the exact same item that the customer receives, if it's offered with an obvious fault and you approve/buy it this way then you have absolutely no reason to scam the dealer, but when you pay for a rep and receive QC pics that does not reflect what you saw and payed for, then you have every reason to ask for a change/refund, that's the whole purpose of QC and lets be transparent, thats an advantage TDs give, but they have no right to get mad or influence your opinion or neglect an email if you dont like what you see!
if a TD is offering the whole their services and they have a good business, they should have a good customer care policy with it's simples forms, "replying emails"! if you are too much loaded with emails, get someone to help you with that!

Bravo that man. Similarly, a TD who performed a basic check of the watches functions, such as, in my instance, the date wheel correctly rotates around would have saved all the issues I've had. Possibly a bit much to ask, but it sure would help a lot.

Well... I confirmed QC pics with Toro on 5/17, and got no shipping info since then. Today I ask Toro again, and got the tracking number. Anyway, it's still good to get response from Toro today.

But I thought the protocol after QC confirmation is shipping address confirmation?!
I didn't see it and get the tracking number directly...
