All of my 7750 reps, the chronograph function is pretty much left untouched. I have made it a rule for myself.

And... I run chrono on all my A7750s, all the time, never had any problems. Some of my A7750s are 3-4 years old. All still run strong. Never serviced.
Go figure.

Being fairly new to the rep game I can understand your frustration. Lets hope SSTEEL help has a quick and easy fix for your watch. I too have a couple 7750 chronos reps but have never tried out the chrono on either of them. There is many threads here that say not only cloned 7750 but in fact the actual ETA 7750 had problems with the chrono. They have always been tempermental. Or at least very easy to break!! $300+ is a lot but imagine your frustration if it was a 10k Hublot after 5 days??????? If the quick fix doesnt work, find a repair shop and get it back to zero! If you want a stop watch by a timex!!!! Good luck

Hi all ... it's not my only rep. I bought a Cartier Santos 100 from PTWI about 3 years of so ago. Used daily (including chrono). Never had one issue with it.

I'm aware i'm running a rep, not a gen, but surely using a stopwatch a handful of times shouldn't result in this. But hey, now I know.

Lesson learned. Don't use the main feature on your rep .... and on a gen by the sounds.
