Ordered 2 x Tag Heuer Watch Boxes and 1 x Tag Heuer F1 Chronograph white dial. Received QC pics on 08/04/2013 which was approved.
Order was shipped via DHL and left HK on Friday 12/04/2013 and reached South Africa on 15/04/2013 - which was super speedy!
Everything was received in good order and 1 minor problem was noted with the watch - when the chronograph is reset the second hand does not reset to 12 but rather to about 11:58 (see attached pic). I was told by QC dept. that the chronograph was checked thoroughly and everything was perfect.
This fault may have occurred during shipping due to a loose second hand if that is possible? (Wanted to find out if this is easy to fix?)
Overall, i am happy with the watch and everyone at Puretime were very helpful!
