Listen....he is a friend on RWI so this isn't some random idiot buying a watch from someone he doesn't know.....
I realised a 100% refund was silly, appreciate that....to be honest, had I sent the watch to Dutchy and he fixed it then happy days.
I thought rather than burden him, I'd send to a repairer in the UK and if not a costly thing would have just repaired the watch and no more said.
You have read what was discovered....
I have no knowledge of even opening watches and furthermore I put the watch on once...ONCE!
That's why out of principle a resolution should have been reached.
I am still willing to resolve...
If u all think I am in the wrong fine, nothing I can do, I will have learnt that you only buy for a reputable dealer and then have the watch examined soon after.
Remember whilst you all comment "tell him to get ()£&!" Think if shoes was on the other foot
Always two sides to a story and am just disappointed after I said if he didn't respond to my emails I would bring this to the forums...he decides to get in there first!
I have no issue with anybody....if Dutchy thinks he can fix it, or anyone else then pls feel free.
