I was going to say I thought it was just your shots that weren't dead on, but you beat me to it. People are quick to say this but when you look at the pics it is clear that the watch is tilted or angled in the shots.

How is the lume aplication on the 9:00 marker? Are the edges rough in real life? It kind of looks that way in the macros but it's hard to tell.
