Is the VIP section permanantly closed to new members?

I am new, but appreciate the site and would like to help with the cost. Have been waiting for the VIP area to open again so I can join, but still no luck.

Is it just me, and nobody wants me in the VIP area stinking up the joint or is this a temporary thing.

I understand either way, but wanted to move on with my life if I am going to be rejected from the inner circle.

It was based on PayPal and someone reported the account so it got blocked.

The admin team is working on a new system.

I feel naked since my VIP expired.
