Is the lip of the crown supposed to be polished like this? The hour stick @ 9 is not very straight, acceptable? Thanks guys

lip of the crown supposed to be polished like this? from the other pics of the V3.5 the lip should be brushed not polished right? I could be wrong. Toro's nails have never looked better, I think he's found a manicurist.
