My MH are giving me a TOK TOK sound like some parts fall off inside when I give it a shake. N it sometimes stop moving when I was wearing it, it moves after I give it a few shake again. Could some help what happen? Tks:facepalm:

Open the case back and take some pics, maybe the rotor has come loose.

Stop shaking it then :facepalm: , probably the rotor has come loose, It's really easy to put it back.

actually, its quite easy to open the caseback if you have managed to change the straps. I found it more difficult to change the straps compared to opening up the caseback (I regulate the movements myself a lot), especially if you have the right watchsmith screwdivers.
