Genuine LV Insert?? HELP. Opinions Needed

I bought an advertised Genuine LV Insert from TRF.
I just received it and I have no idea if it's real or not.
I need some help Please.

Oh it was never posted. I pmed the 20 most active sellers and 1 had it for sale. I consider myself very lucky because they never come up for sale.
