Yet another SMP's AP strap project (Ok mini project)

The time has to come for me to go back to my beloved fatherland. In 3 weeks i will be back home and therefore will be able to order a new batch of straps.

This time i will be looking to make something colorful for the summer and maybe combined with some perforation, either square one, as in the previous project, or maybe something new.

I have secured some nice pieces of gator hides, mainly brown and black, and also a turquoise one.

In the meanwhile my maker has sourced some more Prada's saffiano hides. This time there are some more colors including red, green, some sort of blue or turquoise, ivory/cream, light (honey) brown and of course black. As soon as i get the pictures from him, i will post them here.

So keep in touch with the updates.

Here's what i got from the maker, these are not the best pictures in the world yet you can more or less see the color of the leather:

HONEY

BEIGE

GREEN

CREAM

and of course black

And for the croc hides, i won't be able to post pictures till i get back home in 3 weeks, but believe me they are nice, with babyhorns

The guys who got the straps from the first batch may confirm that the quality of these is second to none. So to lower down the price a bit i am thinking to order 20 straps this time. 5-7 crocs and 13-15 pradas. As for the previous batch i will first order a prototype, it will be ready by the last decade of March, and then granted there's enough interest we can proceed with the order, which will normally take 2 weeks to finish. So if you need a strap, even with some customizations you can reply in this thread.

One important thing, there is no upfront payment. You pay when your strap is ready to be shipped.

And by the way we can also order some strap pouches or wallets, but then we need to discuss the sizes.

I was thinking so, but then zorro sent me the comparison pics and he also tried it and it doesn't work out well.

If you have both watches you can try to do the strap swap to see for yourself.

I'm finally back home. Spoke to the maker, the 1st will be ready in 5-7 days, and then if everything is ok i'll order 10 more. The price is $150 apiece.
