Winding Poblems - part found

My PAM382 has a problem! When winding up the rotor goes crazy. So I checked carefully and found that one little metal string is not existing (see picture one - yellow line). So I opened the watch and I found a little metal part (see picture two - red circled).

Does anyone know how to back-fit this part? Do I need to take the whole movement apart?

I fixed it - short update - I managed to put the little part back in place. I used some watch smith tweezers and was holding it carefully on the right place. With a watch-hand stamp I pressed it then down into the right place.

Everything is smooth again - I'm able to wind up the watch without problems!
