Hello I need help purchasing a Rolex watch

Hello friends I am looking for a long time to buy a Rolex suc c watch.
But I'm looking for the best quality in terms of mean external finish sapphire glass, the color of Steel will be as bright as the original, crown steer the time cuts are sparkling and many can not understand ..
I'm interested in see more exterior than the internal movement .
Can anyone give me the name of a dealer who has these levels??
