Minute markers not lined up properly?

Hi all,

Strange thing here... I adjusted the time perfectly synchronized with the second hand. But it seems the minute hand isn't on time roughly between 7 and 1. When the second hand reach 12 o'clock the minute hand is not yet at the minute marker. Between 1 and 6 it's pretty perfect lined up everytime the second hand hits 12.

So I think the minute markers arent lined up properly?

This is asking too much. Get a gen. And I'm pretty sure gen might have the same results.
