Hello,

As you see, I'm new on this great forum, very glad to be there and to meet you.
I want to buy an Explorer or a Milgauss but I've read too much on the forum and now I can't make my choice !

According to you, which ones are the most accurately copied watch for less than 300$? I need your feedbacks.

Best regards.

PS: Sorry for my poor English vocabulary.

Explorer I is more accurate, Milgauss is a lot heavier and thicker to wear. Both are nice though.

Explorer!!

Don't get me wrong, I love the milgauss but I personally would pick explorer for the reason that it is more accurate.

Ah !
I've understood the ref. 216570.
So , Explorer , sure !
And changing crystal with aftermarket sapphire , fit a gen Crown and relumed dial/hands , will be too much cool. :)

A classic Explorer 114270 or 14270.

A simple mod and will be a gem. :D

are there any aftermarket sapphire (green) for the milgauss ?

I think it could be hard to find but you can take a look on Rolex Forum in the sales section.

Anyway another big flaw on the Milgauss is the orange second hand and Gen version is impossible to find.

39mm... too small. Now if we said Explorer II... issue with accuracy though.

I know, I know, it is only 1mm difference, but it makes all the difference with the wristies. :)

don't go for the green milguass the green crystal is a massive giveaway.

It isn't even close to gen. Go for the clear glass instead.
