I have a sterile 127 on its way with the CG I need... BUT, someone told me that when the Gen owners purchased the 203, they were given the option of lever-up/down, so either is correct.

If you ever plan to let go of the CG that came with the 203 (that you are going to swap), please PM me, as I have a fiddy with non-flush CG pin and would love to instal a better one

And btw, congrats! It's a very nice watch, considering the price

I was also going to order a 203, but it had faulty inscriptions: "8 Gidrni Brevettaio" instead of "8 Giorni Brevettato", so had to refuse

Thanks for the compliments guys. It was a fun little project and probably the cheapest I've done.

Other than the relume and matte dial, all I did was swap crystals. I ended up not changing the CG. Another member mentioned to me that when the Gen 203 owners made their purchase, they were given the choice of lever up/down, so either position is correct... so I just left it as is.

Good job.
Excellent presentation.
I can tell you that the original Pam 203 has the hour hand and the smaller 150 units sold in the world were made I think with the lever down.

Anyway congratulations.

The gen version is $95k. Holy crap!

Love what you did with the lume. Glows like a torch.

Didn't realize that this thread is 9 months old.

Wow man, this is nice watch for that amount of money. I was looking at it before but it doesn't look nearly as good on Toro's site like in your pics. And that lume... :jaw:

Very nice looking piece, S; however, this Pam noob thought that "correct" Pams had the seconds hand closer to the "9" and not away from it... .

Typically, yes, I think so. But the movement in the Gen 203 is not a 6497, I think the spacing is a tiny bit different.

Great piece- any profile shots? Did you upgrade wr?

No more pics, sorry. This thread was bumped from a coma, I dont even have this watch anymore... and I've sold so many over time, I have no idea who has it now.
