Where can you find the GMT from BP factory? who carries it..

all the dealers can get the bp version. it's the one with the green hands. they need to be relumed, but the bezel assembly is exactly like gen with all the same parts pictured above. gen bezel is a direct fit. I'm doing this myself with a gen bezel assembly i got from Ryan. paid way more for it though.

PbDad is reluming my hands, which I'm going to instal myself and i popped and will replace the bezel. but i do have a press. so if you're handy and have some tools, if say it's a diy.
otherwise it's time to source a modder in your end o' the world. but these sorts of things are so much more rewarding when you build it yourself.

What are the plus sides of the BP version vs noob.. Is the cyclop AR coated like with the BP sub?

The new ones are. Alphanumeric serial and ar cyclops. TT and SS, not sure about the gold yet
