hey gang, waiting on my new PAM111 v3 from puretime... which means i have time to kill... i would like to add some nice straps for different attire than just the rubber strap...

perhaps a nice jean blue strap for casual friday! lol
a nice thick leather for dressing up....

i had trouble understanding the pam strap thread, was very cluttered and i found it difficult to find sizes and such...

what size strap would i need for the 111?

Lug width is 24mm. I would wait to see what size your buckle is. It's prob a 22mm. A 24mm buckle is much nicer so your strap is even all the way around I find.

The buckle on your rubber strap is 22mm , but for after market hand made strap are used to be 24mm .
Most of the hand made strap will comes with their own buckle , so you should not worry about that .
I wear my 114 this weekend with my jeans strap , as you said , perfect for weekend .

Yes any strap that is 24 mm at the lug end will fit

Buckle side can be 24 or 22
So
24/22 or 24/24
First digit is lug , second is buckle

You can say many things about my threads but "CLUTTERED"???
OMG!!

You will have always problems because you don't make well your homeworks and you are asking before study.

If you read carefully the PAM GUIDE you can see that every watch and model has indicated the wide lugs for the strap, and in the PAM EXCEL GUIDE there is a column indicating the wide lugs for each watch.
Please think about that before qualify a job, either mine or from other member.

Good luck
ALE

I hate reading hahaha

I had already realized that !!
No worries

But you would enjoy a lot this hobby reading and learning a little.
The selection of the watch is the nicest part in this hobby.
Believe me
