Can anyone give me some pros and cons on the Croco gummy straps on any of the V6? Is the quality good? Fairly accurate? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

its not accurate. The rubber V6 strap is much more accurate and better quality

Even if the rubber is more accurate I personally prefer the croco gummy !! I put these on all my V6 !

Get the rubber IMO, once you see the difference between a gen gummy and the rep version you'll realise how bad it is.

I used to think they were good but after getting gen I had to take the rep one off my other hbb.

Yeah, I recently picked up the V1 Lite Ice Bang, and although the piece itself is gorgeous, the rubber strap just doesn't cut it. It's the smooth rubber strap with the Hublot emblem. Looked better in pics. Wonder if the V6 rubber straps are of better quality? Looking to pull the trigger on a V6 just dont know which way to go yet. Thanks for all the replies though...

The rubber straps which are closest i think are the rigged v6 ones.

If you have the funds and are able to source one get a gen matte gummy - best strap possible IMO, made my rep look 100x more like the real thing in my eyes.

I've got a V6 with the straight line rubber. The quality of the strap is not bad and not too far off from gen appearance-wise, but its pretty uncomfortable with the clasp. The rubber is stiff around the lugs and causes 'float' on my wrist. The clasp then digs into my skin, even though the strap technically isnt too tight.

It's getting softer after normal wear and some heat to the point where its tolerable to me. But at first, it was literally painful to wear.

Same issue with V1 lite. Digs into the skin on my wrist. Finding a gen, or close to gen croco gummy would probably be the best bet as I have heard they are pretty comfortable. Not easy to find though...

Yea, please be careful with eBay. A lot of the HBB straps that get posted are reps, and so are the buckles. I've asked numerous of these sellers and they've mostly been upfront with me about them being rep parts.

If I went gen, I'd go for the croco gummy. They are as good as you've heard but $$$.
