hi guys,

i'm planning to put in an order for the newly updated ROs with superlumed dial&hands. but cant decide which size to go for. 36mm or 39mm. i believe its the 14790 & 15300.?

i have 6.3" wrist but have been wearing rolex sport models, pams&ROOs all this time with great comfort. &i like the sizes generally. but only problem is, i was never able to wear cufflink shirts(french cuffs.?) with these watches&thats the main purpose of the RO, a dress watch.

but i've also been reading threads about the 36mm not being small. so i'm kinda confused now. thing is, i dont want it too small as i would like to wear it as a rotation watch as well, like all my other watches.

thanks!

I suggest you go to an AD and try these models on. Dimensions alone will not tell the story. There are many factors, which you need to see for yourself.

Those models are not for sale anymore. You might find a 15300 but not a 14790.
As said on RG I'd go for the 36mm. :)

I'd go for the 36mm with your wrist.
I've got the 39mm and it feels about perfect on my 7.75" wrist.

He wears ROOs (42mm) with great comfort on his 4.3", why should he go 36mm instead of 39mm ? :D

Are you sure you wear ROOs with great comfort ?
I tried gen ROOs and it is still a little bit and have a gap on my 6.4" wrist. Other time, I tried rep ROOs and it 'feels' really big and the gap feels even bigger.

Are there any tricks or changing rep straps to a gen one helps?
