I should be receiving a 'pepsi' GMT with asian clone mvt from Sead in the next week or two. I would like to get it waterproofed, get the movement perfect (if needed) and give it the patina of a well taken care of, but well used watch. Any suggestions? If anyone out there in RWI land has any photos of a similar watch please post photos and perhaps give me some ideas on what to ask for in the aging process.
Thanks

Good choice! The Pepsi GMT Master seemed to be very popular last year and there are loads of builds detailed on here, try searching "1657 GMT" and you'll get a few back.

I did one, details here:

Also based on Sead's Cartel watch. In short I changed the bezel, insert and crystal, reshaped the crown guards, drilled the lugholes and aged the case and dial.

It was my first build but still my favourite.

Rick is the master of these watches, check out the one he did for Rob, Sneed also made an excellent one, along with several others.

You've picked a great base so enjoy it.
