HELP: Initial failure rep from TrustyTime rep

Hi mates, I need advice.

I read thread in RWI and get any informations then purchased 3 times Reps until now.
Fortunately, they did not have initial failure.

But, Recently purchased Hublot from TrustyTime had initial failure.
Minute counter reseted position is right 0/30.
But My reps is reseted to 10 position.

I sent attached image and initial failure explained situation e-mail to Andrew.
He reply quickly and say
"try and get a local watch guy to set the needles back."

I have little experience of Reps purchase.
need to advise what I should do in such a situation.

Return rep and fix or refund?
Maybe search for watch fix shop in local and pay cost?

Please advice.

It's an easy fix (remove the hand and set it back to zero)
Cheaper than sending back and shorter turnaround time also

Well, TT are not a trusted dealer here so I'm not sure why you bought from them.
Andrew is right tho, it's easier and cheaper to get it fixed locally than send it back.

I doubt a refund is an option, you need to read TT's TOS page to be sure but I'm sure that like most dealers he will only fix not refund or replace.

Did you not get QC pics before shipping?

It will probably be cheaper to have the hands removed and reset by a local, rep-friendly watch smith than the cost, time and risk of sending it back.
It's frustrating, but an occasional part of the rep game.

It'd be a good time for a basic cleaning and service as well if you want.

I decided to search for watch smith in local.

I learned this failure.
After then, Purchase from only RWI Trusted Dealers.

I visited TrustyTime in search of stock.
Reason which I purchased by TrustyTime is because the opinion which praises some response of Andrew for a forum was seen.

I know TT does not appear in the list of RWI Trusted Dealer.
but before purchase by PureTime was satisfactory,
I was getting carried away....
