I would like to get in touch with the guy that signed as receiving my watch( a guy by the name of M Collado) to send it back but USPS wouldn't release that info.

This is not good. Maybe a people search will yield his address but the sad thing is the postal service knows of the mistake and where they sent the watch and yet are unwilling to help you. That's just silly.

LIke most here I would never send a watch back to a TD for any service. The only thing I send to China is money :lolcina:

I don't understand how that possibly could happen. I've had items I shipped sent to the wrong city, but then it got re-routed. If a mistake is made in sorting, how does the actual mailman deliver it to a completely wrong address in NY when the destination is China???? I mean he looks at the address on the package and decides to drop it off at a random location?

I asked the same question to USPS and they just didn't know what to tell me, all they said that there was an investigation needed on their part. It was also a dishonest move on the dude that opened the package, signed for it and gets a free watch... it's just beyond me!!! I just think about it and gets me upset...

I'm not sure what they are thinking, the label was marked Express Mail International...From Florida to New York is hardly an international shipping.

I hope it gets sorted out soon. I'd be mad at USPS if it happened to me.

Is it possible the post office where you posted it got mixed up and gave you the incorrect tracking number? That's a very strange thing to happen. It would take many different people to make the same strange mistake of thinging CHINA is in New-York.

It could still turn up in China in a few weeks maybe?

ahhhh sorry buddy poo happens:(

I was worried the same would happen to me so i paid $108 insurance and stated it was 1500 value, i was hoping there would be a mistake at this point because that like 4 reps, but my gamble didn't work out - i received my replacement within a week. and was out a extra hundred something bucks

heres the shifty rep- even had a hair in the dial

Ohh wow!! that's a nice watch, but a hair in the dial?? That sucks, and I'm sorry you are out of that insurance money, $108 it's a decent price for insurance!!! I feel your pain :(

I hope it's a mistake too, but I called USPS and they confirmed the mistake so there's nothing that can be done at this time other than the so infructuous investigation that will probably get me at the most $30 of the declared value.

On another note, my highly respected Td (which is AWESOME) offered me a salomonic solution to this inconvenient problem after explaining everything that had happened. They offered me the same watch at 1/2 the price, which I'm considering it at the moment. This was a great move on their part as it wasn't their fault for what USPS did, so I guess it pays to be a good loyal customer.

I just don't want the same watch tho, it has brought me bad luck and every time I see it, it will remind me of this not so great experience...

Christ! Is that a pubic hair? What the f did they do with that watch? You may want to boil it before wearing it.
