I wasn't trying to insult you mate, I appreciate your input and pictires... they were half the reason I bought two... I just thought the comment was self explanitory. For 35 bucks you can't expect much so why people are commenting on quality for price is beyond me. My apologies

Fair play. I was only trying to give the OP a steer, that's all.

I'm finding these cheapos a waste of money. Once I got used to higher grade reps, it's really hard to wear $35 watches. They get no wrist time. I also got a gen G-Shock which now my all-around beater watch.

I hear that ajs, as of now all my fifty and change collection are all genuine pieces. I would like to break one down and try my hand at modification. Why not start with a super entry level watch. If I destroy it ... oh well! I have played with a few of my invicta pro divers and the seamasti is a similar structure. I have an idea but if I can do it remains to be seen. GRE I would assume it would be sea mas thai

Sure, for learning some modding and basic watch repair a $35 rep is the way to go.

I appreciate all the helpful comments. I knew not to expect a 200 dollar type rep, just wanting to get an overall feel for it. Thanks! I ordered all 3 omegas he had at that price range.

brim I am thinking the same thing! J west, I think the broad arrow has potential, I got an orange and blue sea mastei. Ordered at midnight and I just got my tracking number about thirty Minutes ago! Let me know how the broad arrow looks I might get a few while he has them. Its the gift that says I am cheap but I still care!

I definitely will maniac, if nothing else I will enjoy the hobby and learn a few things in the process! I have an invicta with a blue lapis dial that died a year ago, with some slight preparation work I am hoping to perhaps graft the dial with the appropriate omega markings and hour markers into the seamaster case. Relume everything and install a black date wheel with red number's. That dial is stunning and the blue bezel will just make it pop!

You'll what to ditch that awful bracelet for sure. For me it was the one part I couldn't stand. A nice nato/zulu/maratac is a cheap alternative

I've had my $35 Omega since last December. It stills works fine gets used now and then keeps good time and works very well not disappointed at all. A few months after i got it the pearl fell of and i haven't bothered replacing it. Other then that you can't go wrong don't expect to much but for the money its great.
