I'm guessing it's a 2813 (21J) movement. Ignoring the weird damage, I'd say it's a rep based on that.

Thanks, guys. It's going to end up in an artwork. It certainly IS heat damaged. And it was only a couple of bucks.

If it just happened to have genuine guts, it might have been worth something, but I didn't think so.
