If I were you I would not send it. Too many risk and costs involved. You might risk losing your package in the transaction and you'd have to wait a while. It is a nice gesture of Trevor to fix it for you but why would you want to go trough all the hassle and time to just get a rotor fixed?
Listen to the members here. They are very experienced. Look up in this forum for some watch smith. Send it to them to get it fixed. Or better yet, try your hands on it. Get to know more about your watch in the process.
