Im amused that their PAM 390 H-Fact is infact, cheaper than other dealers... how could that be..?
Yeah, that's why they're TD's at other fora; I haven't seen any more bad reviews than other TD's we have here.
Having a good experience with a TD is one thing, but buying from someone JAndrew might make things worse in the long run.
Our mods here are powerful. They can solve just about any issue with a trusted dealer. If you have a problem with PC, you'll be on your own.
FWIW, PC was my dealer of choice simply because I didn't know any better. They have a great selection and clear website to navigate, but that's where it stops.
Jandrew shipped me the wrong watch on more than one occasion, this was the days before QC pics.
Not saying they're bad, just know what you're getting into with them.
I'm not saying anything bad about this forum, but I think if you have a problem with JAndrew, you can seek help from RG or RWG for help, no?
Like you already know we have TDs here for a reason (your safety), however if you must buy from another dealer then go right ahead, maybe things will work out for you but your not gonna be backed here if it doesn't.
Cartel have bait and switched before so for me they cannot be trusted. They might only do it once in a while and have many happy custmers but once is too often for me.
I think everyone at one point or another has had a bad experience with every single dealer on the TD list here, as well as every other forum. The difference is what are the expectations of the member and how assertive are they in resolving these issues? A member who has purchased multiple watches over the years has different expectations and a different level of comfort than someone who is brand new to this world and thinks they can just click and order something like they do on Best Buy.
In this world you need to be very clear with your expectations, and assertive about what is acceptable or not acceptable. You have to communicate with the dealer and not expect this to be a simple Amazon purchase. If you do that, then even a glitch can turn out positive in the end with any of the TD.
The bottom line is these are trusted dealers for a reason. Dealers have been vetted here, and others have been vetted on the other forums. They don't intentionally want to screw you or anyone else over. They want to keep you satisfied so you purchase your next watch through them. It's important for people to remember that. Too many people go into this with a level of distrust. It all comes back to the trusted dealer aspect. There is a reason why they are trusted, so use them!

The trusted dealers I have used here are very helpful. If they don't have it on there site. Just shoot them a pic! In a e mail and they will find it. You may have to wait for a couple of days or even weeks but the wait is well worth it.Because if thing go south you got good help here to resolve the problem at hand. My 2%cent's!
