A massive thanks to everyone that contributed in the thread that lead to me getting this watch,tm eye do not have the powers to do anything that they threaten, they are bullies and pretty sure the other bodies acting for other brands are also full of hot air, it took a lot of hassle and PITA but with all the help here made it very easy to challenge these thugs,UKBA were slow to get it to me but better late than never, im not an importer and trade to sell on watches for profit, i have also bought and oened genuine PANERAI products,i do understand laws etc but anyways heres a little victory for replica owners here at rwi!!!!
dropped it on a new toshi strap!

Congrats dude! I know a lot of people will have just accepted the loss and been very dissapointed but you have just proved you don't have to be...

The thread that discussed all the particulars on how to go about requesting your watch back became private...

Is it worth creating a short HOW TO get your watch from tm eye etc for people who get in this situation in the future??

Just a suggestion and anyway...NiCE WATCH, was worth the effort!

I'm in awe of the enormous cajones you must have to have decided to fight this in the first place. Your victory is well-deserved, and my guess is that watch will be forever kept as a trophy.

Not to mention if you ever sell it, tmeye will find it with the tracking device they installed and then charge you as a dealer. ;-)
