I have small wrist syndrome :-( big watches overpower my wrist.

I'm having to go with a day date or a date just.

BUT I do like the millgraus a lot - and it says it's 36mm - does anyone have /know of the smallest Millgraus I can get and whether it's going to be the Same size as the just date range ?

Thanks ! :fez:

Its Milgauss, not millgraus. The modern Milgauss is 40mm, the vintage 1019 is 36mm.

I know sorry , got spelling right now. ;-)
Thanks for the info -
Silix does a 35mm

Is that what you mean by vintage ?

Buying this at 35mm is going to be the same as me getting a just date in terms of size pretty much ?

Many thanks

That link is a current model milgauss in white dial. Gen for the current model only comes in 40mm so that is a smaller case version of the watch. which the case size does not exist for gen.

Thanks to all three of you for helping, I really do hope to make a purchase now and stop asking questions - just want to make sure I end up with something suitable and not waste my money.

So fantasy model - feel free :) ha that's funny, your right , I should get something I just like , it's funny as you kind of want real deal match but because I have a small wrist then I'm going to have to get a fantasy model. By fantasy I'm guessing you mean it's a fake which Rolex themselves don't make in that size ?

I think I will go for that one as i like the day dates and just dates for smaller wrists but this is a bit more 'manly' for small wrists.

I am right in thinking these fantasy models are going to be small 35mm as advertised and it's not a mistake in printing and I will not end up with a whopping 40mm ?

Thanks for all who've been so helpful with my first purchase - If I become more knowledgable and get addicted then I will help others, that said lets hope I get it right first off and don't spend years getting diff ones !

Lastly as this is a fake fantasy model does it mean that it will be a good rep or is it likely to be a poorer rep as its not following the original specs?

Thanks justin

That's what we call a fake, because it's a fantasy model. Rather than a replica. But feel free.

Before I buy should I ask silix for photos of the watch ? I mean it's got photos on the site - but I've seen others do this so is that usual thing to do , ie, is it right to ask for it so that I am getting clarification that it's that exact watch ?

Well if anyone sees it knows anything about Rolex they will know it's a fake. but 99% of people know nothing about watches and since it's not a submariner probably wont noticed it says Rolex unless you show them it up close.

If you're not bothered by that then go with what makes you happy man :)

Wonder if anyone can help, went to purchase it on silix site - says payment option - Line PayPal order - so chose that method - i didn't click any PayPal details and it just says thanks for your order ... That's not right as when you buy using PayPal you have to go to PayPal and log in password to make a purchase - can anyone who's used silix confirm how you pay via PayPal ? Thanks a lot Justin

They will send you an email with the address to pay. This isn't like Amazon mate, this is an illegal enterprise that is banned by PayPal. They can't get a eShopfront like any other store. It has to be hidden and secretive.

Once you get the email to pay send the money, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY to the letter. Don't even think about writing anything in the comments box.
