Selling reps here is no different than selling reps on a TD site, both illegal, am I right? Is it risky to sell reps here on the member sales section? I don't want to get busted and go to jail. :lolcina::lolcina:

Don't worry you are not going to jail. Just get a few sales under your belt and you will feel better. :)

It is extremely risky and I would not recommend you do it.
However, it IS legal to GIVE your watches away for free, but only to a fellow board member located here in Texas. I don't make the law - I am merely the beneficiary of it.
Let me know when you're ready for my address. :txrob:

Dude, i think you'll be just fine. It's safer to keep your transactions domestic, but sales between the US, Canada and UK receive very minimal scrutiny. The EU is a little hyper vigilant, but worst case scenario is your shipment is seized. Law enforcement isn't bothering with you over one or two watches. They want origination sources.

This is the only solid advice I've seen. I'll take any overflow of gifts :)

Correction Sir. I don't think Customs in my country will make a hassle out of it... I even doubt they would know any luxury watch brand except for Rolex...
