I ordered my Milgauss and was doing some due diligence. Interesting to see that there is no etched logo on the Green crystal!

On the rep GV they just use the same rep crystal as for the other ones. The "greenish effect" comes from a green plastic gasket under crystal.

Some state green AR coating. Is this not the case?

Yes, it's a combination of a green AR coating and a green crystal gasket.
