Has anyone used products from Watchlume AND Noctilumina?

They are the two I see most often mentioned(other than Superluminova which is $$$), but I cant find a comparison anywhere. I've been using Noctilumina, but I wouldnt mind trying Watchlume.

Does the chemical makeup vary between the two? Watchlume is so much cheaper, and as new to this as I am, I have no idea why.

I've used only W@tchlume products since I started modding. I've just placed my 3rd(mebbe 4th) order with them and have been completely happy with the products so far. Their G-Max is a little green, so this time round I've ordered some of their G1 + G3 house blend to see how that looks. I tend to mix up custom blends anyway with different vintage lumes and pigments so can't really comment further.

Holy crap!

I have been looking at the wrong site the whole time. I always saw people typing w@tchlume, but never thought much of it. Now you're talking about gmax, g1, g3, etc... and I was completely clueless. I did a quick search and realize what everyone has been talking about is NOT what Ive been talking about.

There is watchlume.NET and then also watchlume.COM

The House blend is the S**T. Thats what i use quite often. Its super bright and a lot less green day tint than the G3. It mixes really well too.

You can also look into the stuff Trailboss designed. Offshore sells it, you get about 10 times the amount at about the same price. I use the G-102. It is whiter than the watchlume G3, but it because the WL G3 burns a little brighter longer. The G-102 last about the same, but i think it fades in brightness quicker. Its a little more of a powder than the watchlume stuff. Closer to Tritec is graininess. Its pretty bright and last a good long time. For the money its a better lume to learn with IMO.

The LV i just did was with only G-102

Can we get a picture in daylight to see daylight lume color?

I am about to buy some watch lume but want to make sure I get white daylight. I was thinking the c1 + c3 would give me a white daylight with a very strong night glow.

In daylight, what makes the lume not white? When Ive been inside all day, the lume looks white. When Im outside it has a little tint to it. I just assumed it was because the lume is being charged so thoroughly in the sunlight that the lume is starting to glow, which gives it the tint. Which if true, would be a good thing right? Just means that its strong.

Yes does get a greener tint from this yes. The G-102 does this too, even Tritec does. Yes it's a good thing. The dead color of G3 does have a slight hint of green. You can see it if you get a white paint card from the hardware store and put it on there. Granted they might have updated since I last ordered some, my batch is 6-8 months old now.

Naylor - if you click on my Txrob LV build link the later build is the watch I'm speaking of. Robs(the first one in the thread) was done with WL house blend Lume.
