JLC Navy Seals sales??

I'm interested in this rep, but I see so many for sale on various boards the past month and I question the reason.. Are people just underwhelmed with the piece once they have it in hand?

I guess alot of people pre-ordered it and while waiting, became more interested on other watches, or just simply lost interest.

I can understand there might be some people who don't like the piece once they get it. It's the same with all pre-orders. I've had and pre-ordered the Pam 243, the 127 Fiddy and the JLC diver from Angus. I've sold the 243, but kept the 127 and the JLC diver. I love the Diver, it's just so damn comfy to wear and I think it looks awesome. The only minor thing about it is the lume in the pearl, but really that can be modded if you so desire.

I keep seeing these sales threads and am just waiting for enough time to go by that I can get one for a deal and not the $400ish they are going for now.

As with any watch for sale, there are various reasons a person decides to sell.

Seen about 3 or 4 sales, across 4 forums! Not bad going considering the amount of people who bought or are buying. It's a popular watch!

Put it this way, in gen form it's a limited edition restricted to 1500 pieces. I reckon reps will out sell the gens by 10:1

Guys, until you have had this watch in your hand, the bracelet is worth $200 on its own. It simply is amazingly comfortable, and the clasp is so gen like. Comfiest watch I own due to the bracelet.

I agree with the overpriced stuff, once 1:1 start hitting those prices, and they have done so before but maybe not with a watch this popular or a basic 3 hander, we can never go back, all 1:1 will now start in the range closer to $400 than $300 unfortunately.

+1 Bonesey the bracelet is fantastic even if couldn´t fall in love with her it´s a great watch. In terms of sooo many sales, wasn´t mine the 1st and only one which comes up in the sales corner?
