DG4813 compatible with Noobmariner?

I know this has probably been done to death, but will one of these swap into one of Reg's Noobmariners (or is the canon pinon incorrect? hands okay?)...

Cousins UK are charging the same for their high and low beat 21Js so I may as well have the smoother sweep if compatible.

I've had both DG2813 and DG4813 from cousins in the past. I have a brand new 2813 in my hand right this second and the canon pins are nice and high. I don't think the 4813 was as high but the only one I have is in bits without the canon pins in place so cannot confirm.

The DG2813 drops right in no issues.
The DG4813 is supposed to but I've had one out of 3 so far that the hour hand didn't fit like it should. It would have worked but I just put a 2813 in it instead.

Note: 1 that didn't fit was from Ofrei.

The 4813 movement is a taller movement than the 2813.

They are drop in replacements in the Noobmariner. But they haven't made the 4813 with the proper tall canon pins for almost 3 years. So unless that's changed, which I haven't heard about, forget the 4813.

Don't you have to get pretty far into the movement to change the canon pin though?

To me, that's pretty far in. Especially on a 21j. Beyond my scope of work.

I wonder what the going rate could be to send a watch along with a spare 4813 and have this done. Any thoughts?

Date wheels would have to be transferred as well . So, its not a lickity split procedure to do when all is said and done .
