I just was reading the sales thread where dutch was concerned about what he was getting. I wanted to step in and drop a little bit of info that I had on the subject and try to help him. I valued other people doing that for me over the years and I wanted to pay-it-forward. yep, I joined in 2006
.....I'm just like you guys except I started a looong time ago in this hobby. I've had the good fortune to know some of the big name experts & dealers over the years, who helped thru giving me contacts and more importantly expert advice on building up reps. Most of my knowlege, is from mutually learning from other members as we built our reps or by getting burnt by crappy modders/sellers. I was into Rolex's in the beginning and once i got all of the franken pieces that I wanted, I moved to the other makes. Most recently I have been into PAM's.
Dutch, I've seen an o-ring assembly like that before....it was on a 16610 that had a rehaut that looked deep but it was because it was angled and not vertical like the gen or the MBW's or WM9's. Yours looks deep though.
