I'll start with Chicken Satay brushed in a Garlic Cilantro & Toasted Sesame marinade
w/ Thai Peanut Dipping Sauce & Couscous

No dinner but I did make some dessert for everyone. A nice bowl of my famous handcranked homemade butterfinger ice cream is a summer classic. :lol:

Seeing the Hill Country Fair stuff made me really homesick. I may have to hit you up for this recipe, though.

I didn't take any pics tonight, but we did thick cut sirloin from costco with baked potatoes and sauteed spinach and mushrooms prepared with an AP diver V3.

I am too late but had a killer bacon and cheddar burger from outback for lunch/dinner complete with a blooming onion me and the Miss shared. Still stuffed. Great thread though

Don't laugh guys...but my wife and I had a couple of bowls of Shrimp Wanton noodles! We bought it frozen at Costco...then I cooked it with my own special added ingredients of sesame oil, spring onions, Kikoman, pepper, mushrooms...and lots of chili sauce!

YUM!!!!
