I did a search, and it means it arrived at the local office, not your house. I thought it was kind of weird, I have never seen that before. This is the first time I purchased from a seller out of CONUS. Is this a term used when it originated outside of the US?

The usual steps once it reaches my city are:

1. Arrival at sorting facility
2. Processed through facility
3. Depart facility
4. Out for delivery

This is the first time ever I have seen "arrival at unit". The arrival was a 5am today, does that mean Ill be getting my watch today or Monday? Typical delivery at our home isnt until 3ish... the suspense is killing me.

I had a arrival at unit on my last order. You might get it today if not monday. I had this happen twice. Once was processed and out for delivery after Arrival at unit, then other time it just stayed there ;on a normal business weekday; till out for delivery the next day.

Sometimes I miss the delivery guy when he rings my bell then he returns 3 hours later to try again. One time he didn't even ring the bell, instead he just put the pink slip in my mailbox and called it a day ;guess he was lazy that day;

Deliveries from fedex, ups and usps is never consistant for me so comes down to, you get it when you get it lol :frusty:

Im waiting for a package as we speak, good luck with yours !

Different post offices scan things in differently, or not at all, or very, very late. I try not to place too much stock in it, but when I'm waiting for a watch to arrive I still find myself trying to distill some kind of meaning from the USPS tracking updates!

Lucky day today! It showed up before "no mail Sunday".

And it went straight to the box, haha! In between the time I bought and waited for it to arrive from Canada, I bought and received my Seawolf and SA... and those take precedence.

That's a great Saturday right there!

Curious to what your wrist size is? I myself have a skinny wrist, at 6 even, so I love these kinds of watches.

thanks all. Its one of those that I bought against my better judgement. I like the look of a Rolex, but I found myself not really wearing the ones I had, in favor of one of my Breitlings... but when I saw this one, I had to have it. Maybe itll just sit for those "special" occasions.

RS33: I have a 7" wrist. This is a thinnish watch, but its a 41mm diameter, I believe, so it wears quite large, IMO.

I've seen this before. Usually it's because the package didn't get delivered, and my feeling is that it's to post an update just for the reason of posting an update. There's a reason the USPS is struggling financially.

Nice Watch!!! I have been looking forever for a standard sized two tone DAtejust, but it has been almost unheard of here... I'd settle also for a solid stainless steel silver stick dial. Funny, but my wrist are close to 8 size, and I want a smaller sized datejust...
