In the last F1 race (Canada), beside it's been a really good one, I've seen Sergio Perez and Lewis Hamilton wearing really nice watches, both with white dial. I've googled it but with no good results.

Any idea what brand and model are them?

Lewis and Button are sponsored by Tag Hueur so I imagine they are wearing Tags. I believe lewis wears a carrera.
Philippe Massa of course wears the Richard Mille Phillipe Massa special edition and Martin Brundle also wears the same/similar watch. David coultard wears some awful TW Steel pieces at times.

Michael's been wearing AP lately.
Now..if we were to discuss the watches of the late sixties to mid seventies...that would be a hoot!
PS If you've been following Indy cars lately you'll see:
Tony Kanaan wearing his signature model Luminox; gray dial, yellow stripes; and
Rubens Barrichello wearing his AP model.

Waiting for Oris to do new models for heir new Williams F1 drivers...hope they're TT3 based.

According to TAG website, Lewis and Jenson are wearing a 42mm TAG Heuer Formula 1 Chrono.

...because nothing says "F1" more than a porthole shaped watch.

I've heard that there are:

1) Podium watches - the watches that are put on by the top 3 drivers before they go out onto the podium to receive their trophies

2) Interview watches - the watches they wear when they are being questioned post-race in the internationally broadcast interview segment

I guess both are photo-ops but I can't see how watch manufacturers get much bang for the buck for they money they pay to have the watch on during these times. I mean I have an Hi-Def TV and I can't make out the watches for the split seconds that they are visible.

Sometimes I've been surprised that some drivers don't put on a watch--I guess they didn't have any watch sponsorship for that event.

They aren't paying for the TV time but for the association with the driver, team, sport, a winner, etc.

People ask what watch does Lewis Hamilton wear? That is enough for the sponsorship to be worth it.

Exactly. and that makes them quite un-interresting from this point of view. We all know Kimi hates PR and he looks very uncomfortable when they put on the pieces at press conferances etc.

Jarno Trully was a watch guy, wearing AP´s mostly, but he is history now.
