LOL well for the over $10,000 grand I got taken for a plane ride wouldn't of been even a issue. But the police said the address was vacant and box was signed for in the lobby of the condo complex.

Just chipping in but I had a yodel delivery once and it went perfect which shocked me after reading reviews and their rating being like 1/10.
Hope you manage to get some kind of result op I would hate to be in your shoes what happened to good service and honestyicard:
Sucks to hear, man. Hopefully you never have something like that happen again.
Thanks - me too!!

Yodel have the worst reputation and track record of all of the UK delivery companies. Just do a quick google and you'll find stories of packages not being signed for and being left in people's bins on bin collection days....
We had a note through the door saying a package had been left at a house in our street that didn't even exist! Called the mobile no of the driver that he left who explained he had made a mistake and the parcel was at his house. As he was local I went round to pick it up, his house was full of undelivered parcels. Apparently if a parcel doesn't get delivered then the driver doesnt get paid!
Always try to find what courier firm a company might use, a garden furniture set never arrived as promised today - again another Yodel balls up!
