The good thing is you and your wife are doing ok. No permanent damages. The bad things are: the car is totalled, you have to deal with the insurance company, and you'll definitely feel the pain tomorrow.

1. Glad you guys are going to be fine and well, make sure to get a lawyer and a doctor if you need $ for damages, do not rely just on the insurance companies.

2. Don't you dare fix that watch. That's a story that will live with you as long as you own it. if anything vintage guys like you should be getting a kick out of free patina like that.

3. Your woman has beautiful lips. Hopefully they will heal just fine.

And yeah go Thebattler's advise, go see a doctor and get a lawyer for the claims than through insurance as it seems you were hit from the back pretty bad which might course whiplash etc....
