Basic tools

So I bought my first rep I'm interested in opening it and modding
It. What are the basic tools I need to open my case and work on it? It's a Rolex 5517 rep I bought from Trevor and want to give it a more vintage worn out look. Where is a good place to learn how to work on the movement and how the watch works?

As for tools. Watch Bitz sells a very affordable tool kit.
