Sorry i am new here though i've posted and have contributed to the forums and love RWI , i need to put a certain person on blast i'm looking to get my BK DSSD and Hublot 4000 V6 diver relumed and was to contact vaclume in the u.s where i'm located i've had sent numerious emails and pm"s to vaclume@gmail.com with no response. Though 3 days ago he asked me to send him and email still no response........................................I'll take my business somewhere else and really dis satisfied ................:bsmeter:

I understand , but when he tells me to send an email day's after and still no response thats un-proffesional i have sent numerious email's and pm's and i'm done i'll take my business somewhere else. And would not recommend him to know one and this is after he had asked me to send him a personal email day's ago................... shit i'm a business owner and i get busy but still.................:stir:

Wiz does an excellent job, I've never been real impressed with Vac's attitude. He does spend most of his time on RG though, try over there....

never dealt with vac but from all i hear he is a rather busy chap, patience as ach says is key here. This is rep land and not the real world lol

Tbh i never felt like they need my business as you say so most likely they dont. I think they have so much work anyways. Lucky them :lol: Abit like some tds. Meaning if you dont have time to wait for them dont bug them, just move on.

OK i'm done complaining about this matter but FYI it has been three times this week i've been trying for the two and half weeks , and they most likely are busy but still be professional and return your pm's and emails..........:maty:

it sounds like you should go elsewhere. tbh patience is required in any dealings with reps unless it's a purchase within your geographical area it should not take forever. If you conduct a poll here on the time frame it takes for our modders to work on your watch...

It can take 2-3 months turn around time with some of them. So I ask you, woud you have preferred the modder to get back to you 20 times a day for the last 3 days and you send your watch. Then you post this same thread only you complain because it's going to take more than what you're business would complete a job because you compared your business to the rep business model...
