All the evidence that needed to be shown has been shown to the administration of rwi and they made their choice.
You are speaking out for a friend,good, but you know nothing so you are wasting everyone's time,yours included.
You should also know that I've been discussing this matter privately with serge and we even apologized to each other if some name calling has been done.....this does not change the facts.
So to add to the time wasting,your timing is also off.
I really think you would have been better off going to play some golf or out for a walk whatever entertains you,or at the very list you should have spoken to serge first,instead of posting here and wasting time (once again)

Dear sir, actually I waited a week to post what I did. And I did read every word u guys have exchanged online. Serge lives next door to me and we talk forum / watches almost daily. And i am glad you both grew up to aplogize to each other. Indeed I am wasting my time as well as everyone else's here, but this is my entertainment. Golf or whatever stereotypical activity you have proposed for dumb americans like me and serge is not. I tell you which mine really is - making people self aware and helping them admit wrongdoings. and being on Disney vocation with my kids - yes, I have better things to do than trying to present my humble opinion on the matter.
Agree PP dispute was dumb. But Serge is not a scammer. Rather was not a scammer until he got banned. it is the hard fact. what scam per se did he partake? his IP got issues? that could have been sorted out with the provider.
and he have started RG sales thread with crossbones' blessing BEFORE you two got enraged online. so he did nothing deliberate to contest or piss you off. I guess he just should have shut up like you suggested and patiently wait and watch his RG and RWI membership scrutinized by someone notorious on RWG for RG banning massacre

I am a proud Jew. from eastern block like Serge is. My anscestors have survived holocaust.

More power to you,not sure why and how the holocaust and being Jewish fits here but all my admiration and respect to your family.
I only said dumb Americans coz that is as stereotypical (in many parts of the world that I have been to) as you suggesting me first to play golf. It was meant to make a point.

But I digress.
You are certainly entitled to your opinion as I told you in response to the pm you sent me on RG and i repeat here.
As you can see,you have not been banned because of this....even though you stated that you would be,let's call that an unfair statement made without due process,but hey,it can happen.
Certainly for you it might be easier, I have to deal with you and another 40k plus members,something that gets often forgotten as it does get forgotten that without all we do behind the stage,there would not be a forum for you to visit,a place for you to sell or buy (usually pretty safely) and there would be no one to cry to and help you out,when things go wrong.
All this,at times, requires banning people and given that this is not an exact science and his done at the discretion of a human being or a council in some cases(see your friend serge) some bans might seem unfair and they might even be,but i see what my database see and flag for me and I go by that,like it or not.
I wish I had the time to fly over to everyone's house,have dinner and getting to judge their honesty first hand but guess what, I can't.
