I think I remember hearing it was around there. I'm sure the lume must be outstanding but it's hard to justify that type of cash when you can get an ootb pam rep for $250 which is near perfect wrt to lume, ar etc.
Well thats two things... Vac actually paints the markers removing lume and reluming the proper markers.....
He said to me that the stock ar "is good but mines better" i spent more on less so i said sure.....
As for comparing it to a pam, i think thats not a fair comparison. The big pilot has a look, and a feel that is different from a pam.... While it's nice many pam's are that close (i have 2) this is bp is the best we have available and reluming and daisi fix to me are the big things To make it look more gen (that crooked "3" marker i just pretend doesnt exist lol) the ar is just a little icing on the cake...
I will say looking at my fathers bp, the ar difference is almost like te rep has a "dirty" or "smudged" crystal. Not bad but it doesnt to me anyway look like you are wearing a "clean" watch. No one would notice, but the wearer. It is very close.
Also the datewheel height to me is almost unnoticable holding both in your nad until you really tilt the things...
