Q i have a small 10meg Fuji finepix digital camera. I bought two of em as a deal for 200 bucks before i bought my canon d5. I will offer you the same deal i gave Bonesey. You pay the shipping you can have it for nix B has been taking all his shots with it for the last few months.

Thanks! That is very thoughtful, but I have a few nice cameras already. This thread was just to see if my HTC Inspire pictures could be improved. I just seem to have that everywhere I go.

My lume shots above were taken with a Samsung HZ50W (14 mega pixel) set on night mode.

Just on the whole "cell pics are bad for editing" I agree but if that's all that's available - like for me at the moment due to my DSLR being repaired - ya just gotta make do.

These would definitely be far better pics if I had used a dedicated camera, but I feel they're bearable for general non-technical use.... though I have to say, the iphone 4s has a reasonably decent camera

I get wonderful results with my iPhone 4 and editing on the iPad. Some of my better ones. Sore to bore everyone.

even a cell phone pick can look good
always correct your white balance
find an interesting crop of the picture
and throw it through lightroom or photoshop
