So what's a good heart rate monitor watch out there. Thinking of getting back in shape. I want one with the chest strap for continuous accurate reading.

I had the Timex Ironman run trainer, but it got stolen. It has the chest strap you can buy optionally.

I had the gps version b/c I have to go all out when i buy stuff, but the one you listed is the same minus the gps.
Yeah, I don't need that GPS fancy stuff. For $61.00, you can't beat it.

Which Polar? I was also looking at the FT 60 but it's twice the price of the Timex!
Changed my mind at the last minute and got this instead (with the Red display). A litttle more expensive, but what the heck, it's upgradeable for some add-ons later down the road

Nice! I didn't know about that model syncing with gym equipment. I'll have to get that one next.
