hi all, just want to thank all the old time guys here for all the help over the last few years, this place really is THE BEST FREAKIN watch forum on the entire interweb, bar none. reps or gens, this place has the best community and info.

there's a discussion over on the geek about this but i have been a member over on trf since almost being a member here, i never post, just read and check out the pics but the ignorance over there is palpable. i finally had to make a comment on the above thread because they are such complete morons. while it's true the op in this case might be a little suspect, the watch in question is undoubtedly gen but they all immediately jump on board and blow this guy up without any real actual evidence the watch is a fake. i'm no expert but the knowledge i have gained here allows me to almost instantly verify the watch as a gen rollie. its almost comical how those clowns all run like sheep to call the op down and they all think they have such superior knowledge, they have no clue what they are even talking about...hilarious.
moving on...
i was quite amused recently while working in a new location on my lunch i was browsing in a downtown major mall and came across this AD, typical place, they had Breitling, UN and a couple of other high end names but smack dab in the front window was a major display of...reps!!!
well not really, but...really,
these are all the same watches i'm sure we have access to and probably from the same "factories" but they are branded with the stores' name,
"La Swiss"
interesting enough, they are not gen brands the store sells.
i see Rolex, Chanel, Tag, Franck Muller, IWC...ha ha.
lastly, i snapped this pic of a display window at an Omega AD, its an official olympic stop watch box set from Omega. you can't tell the scale from the picture but these things are massive, bigger than my fist. very impressive.
okay, so now onto my next 1000. i'm going on an international vacation this weekend and i hope to take lots of cool watch pics. thanks again all and give me my new wings already.
