Reps in Vietnam?

Has anyone purchased reps in this country?
If so any ideas about where to buy and what the quality is like?

Some of the best reps in the world are made in Vietnam but you won't find them on the streets. I doubt you will find any real quality there.

I am going there in a week. Staying for little over five weeks. I also hear that good quality reps are impossible to find there. But I can not help hoping. Any good recent information regarding this would be interesting to me as well.

As I said you won't find good reps there. Mr Phong may see you by appointment but you would need to be considering spending upwards of 4,000 USD to buy one of his creations.

Many are sold in semi-legitimate watch shops as gens, particularly vintage Rolexes.

Yikes! Just checked out Mr Phongs site. Amazing watches but pricey.

Last time I was in Malaysia (not a great replica-watch country) I picked up some really cool G-shock replicas, without the Casio written on them. They were like five usd a piece. I am hoping to find something like that. Makes great gifts to the younger people in our family and circle of friends.
